FAQ
How can I book?
You can book through our online calendar, where you can choose the date and time that works best for you, as well as your preferred package. After booking, you have a maximum of 48 hours to pay 50% of the chosen package price.
What should we wear for our session?
We will send you a Styling guide after the reservation with examples of what to wear.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Within 10 days, you will receive an online gallery to select your favorite photos. Selections must be made within 48 hours. After selection, your final edited photos will be delivered within a maximum of 15 business days (if normal editing).
What are the payment methods?
Zelle, Paypal, Stripe and Square (The last three includes a comision)
Can I get more photos?
Yes, of course! Additional digital photos are available for $ 20 each.
What ages can participate?
Children of all ages are welcome. Babies who cannot sit supported or on their own will have fewer photo options, as their interaction with different parts of the set will be limited.
Do you have additional products?
Yes, we do, we have albums, printed photos, printed postcards and more Mini Accordion.
What if I can’t attend at my reserved time?
You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. If notice is given with less than 48 hours, we cannot guarantee another available slot. Each session can only be rescheduled once. If you miss the second appointment, the session fee will not be refunded.
If no alternative slot is available, the session fee will not be refunded.
What if I arrive late to my session?
We will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for late arrivals. This time will be deducted from your session. After 10 minutes, the session will be considered missed, and the fee will not be refunded. Rescheduling will only be possible if there is availability in our calendar.
Can I add more persons?
Yes, of course! Additional person can be added for $20 each.
